SESSION DESCRIPTIONS:

 

bullet   Private one on one instruction
bullet   Semi-private duet workouts with a friend (or have the studio find a partner)
bullet   Trio or group sessions
bullet   Solo - follow your own customized workout without an instructor
bullet   Mat class - a regularly scheduled group all done on the floor (yoga mat required)

Please wear appropriate exercise attire.  No jewelry or heavy perfume, and please turn your cell phones off in the studio.
