SESSION DESCRIPTIONS:
Private one on one instruction
Semi-private duet workouts with a friend (or have the studio find a partner)
Trio or group sessions
Solo - follow your own customized workout without an instructor
Mat class - a regularly scheduled group all done on the floor (yoga mat required)
Please wear appropriate exercise attire. No jewelry or heavy perfume, and please turn your cell phones off in the studio.
