Special $80 Prix Fixe Dinner for Two is available again Wednesday thru Saturday through August 31st. Three course meal for two - includes a bottle of house wine.

Award winning chef and owner, Fred Mayer - Chef/Owner, brings his many years of experience in the worlds finest restaurants and hotels to Sarasota. Formerly trained as a pastry chef in Europe, he apprenticed in some of the world's best known kitchens. He was Chef Patissier at the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados. For 25 years, Fredy oversaw the kitchens at the prestigious Manor Restaurant in West Orange, NJ. He moved to Sarasota in 1997 and was Corporate Executive Chef at the Longboat Key Club. Finally opening his own restaurant in June, 2000. He is a Member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and International Geneva Association.
Morel and its menu have won rave reviews throughout the years.
