Aqua Restaurant and The Little Wet Bar offers fie diing in a casual setting, plus a casual bar area with live entertainment.
Aqua was founded by Michael Fiscina, who began his restaurant career as the General Manager of one of Sarasota’s most missed restaurants, Bob’s Boathouse. Aqua presents the best of two worlds, featuring a graceful, yet casual dining room on the 3rd floor, affording spectacular views of Sarasota’s Intercoastal Waterway, and on the 2nd floor, The Little Wet Bar, a casual and friendly full bar that offers the same superb menu.
Aqua’s talented Chef Mathew Passalaqua prepares an eclectic menu assuring something enticing for everyone. Chef Passalaqua is a graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute.
Aqua’s Dinner Menu features items such as: the Pan-Roasted New Zealand Rack Of Lamb, priced at 28.99, the fresh Grilled Mahi-Mahi served with a macadamia crust and fresh pineapple salsa, priced at 24.99, and the Braised Short Ribs served with a mushroom ragout, priced at 24.99. Be sure to try one of our absolute favorites, The Trinidad Yellow-Fin Tuna sliced over tempura-styled baby Bok Choy, 26.99.
The lunch menu ranges from 4.99 to 11.99, offering a variety of sandwiches, wraps, sushi, and our Signature Surf & Turf Sliders (a crab cake burger, blackened mahi-mahi burger and a beef burger) Aqua is open for lunch from 11am- 2pm everyday.
