The art of fondue has come a long way since it's origins in the Alpine region of Switzerland, back when sitting around a bowl of melted cheese and hot bread got villagers through the harsh winter. But while fondue has resurfaced as the hottest dining trend that had gotten lost somewhere in the 70's, one thing hasn't changed...Fondue is still a social experience.
