Try our wonderful, original signature dishes: Crisp Roast Duckling with bread stuffing and a seasonal fresh berry sauce, or our ever popular flambéed Prime Peppered Steak. Caesar Salad made to order is another popular item not to be missed. Fresh seafood, homemade pasta and vegetarian dishes are always available. Sweetbreads and a Veal special are also offered on the nightly menu.

Chef Raymond Arpke, co-owner, with his wife, D'Arcy is the cooking inspiration of Euphemia Haye and now a cookbook author, integrating classical training, an innovative flair, and a love for fresh foods to provide consistently outstanding, American, global and eclectic cuisine. All breads, stocks, sauces, soups and desserts are homemade on the premises. Our carefully prepared al a carte menu allows for fresh, local, and creative fare for all, including our vegetarian diners.
