There are 1.3 million people in Florida with some degree of hearing loss and 30,000 right here in Sarasota County.

SHHH Sarasota Chapter and our members are catalysts that make mainstream society more accessible to people who are hard of hearing. We strive to improve the quality of hard of hearing people's lives through education, advocacy and self-help.

Our meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month in the auditorium of the Selby Public Library from 1:30-3:30 pm. The library is located at 1331 1st Street in downtown Sarasota.
