Our First Mate, Dorian "Doe" Warfield, also a native of Sarasota, has been with us for several years. His fishing skills and quick response in the cockpit, combined wih his genuine concern for everyone's comfort and safety, has made Doe a great favorite with our guests. Our guests with young children especially appreciate his infinite patience. The Midnite Son has been featured on Discovery Channel's Shark Week. Captain Martel has served as "Shark Wrangler" for several movies. Most recently, he worked for the film Great Expectations. The Midnite Son runs out of Longboat Key.
